Prepared by the TÜBA Working Group on International Relations, “Neither War nor Peace: The Enduring Conflict of Pakistan and India” analyzes the escalating bilateral tensions between Pakistan and India—which carry the potential to lead to nuclear war—within a scientific, historical, and legal framework. In the final section of the study, which covers the effects of the Pakistan-India crisis, its history, and its potential implications for Türkiye, five different scenarios are examined to assess the crisis’s likely impact on Türkiye’s, the region’s, and the global security ecosystem.
