This book presents the academic and scientific outcomes of the iNCLUSION Project (2023-2-TR01-KA220-HED-000177708), coordinated by TÜBA and funded by the Erasmus+ KA220-HED programme. The project was conducted in Türkiye, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and North Macedonia. Based on two extensive surveys, the book presents the perspectives of people with disabilities, their families and carers, as well as heritage and tourism professionals. The project involves higher education institutions in capacity building and skills development, thereby contributing to the growing European agenda on inclusive cultural participation. Featuring contributions from leading scholars and researchers at universities and cultural institutions across three countries, this publication offers an evidence-based framework for creating inclusive cultural heritage spaces.
