The work aims to contribute scientifically to Türkiye’s efforts to build disaster-resilient, environmentally sustainable, and socially inclusive cities. The chapters in the work contain both theoretical analyses and practical recommendations, covering a wide range of disciplines from engineering to urban planning, and from sociology to environmental sciences.
