The Winners of the 2015 TÜBA-TEÇEP Awards Have Been Announced

The winners of TÜBA’s 2015 ‘Science Copyright and Translation Award’ (TEÇEP) have been announced.

In the ‘Science Copyright and Translation Award (TEÇEP)’ application, a total of 11 works, for which the names are listed below, won the Science Copyright and Translation Award in the fields of Natural, Engineering, Health and Social Sciences and 8 works were presented with an “Honorable Mention”.

In 2015 each work will be given a grant of 20,000 TL as a Copyright Award and 7,000 TL for a Remarkable Copyright Award (Honorable Mention) while a grant of 12,500 TL per work will be given for a Translation Award and 4,000 TL for a Remarkable Translation Award (Honorable Mention) Translation Award. The owners of the winning works will be presented with their awards in a ceremony to be organized in Ankara on a soon to be determined date.

TÜBA-TEÇEP is organized every year to encourage the writing of university level textbooks at international standards in the Turkish Language or the translation of the best examples in every field from foreign languages to clear, comprehensible and correct Turkish.
