AASSA “Women in Science Education and Research” Workshop in New Delhi, India
"Women in Science Education and Research” Workshop of Association of Academies and Societies of Sciences in Asia – AASSA, of which TÜBA is also a member, in association with Indian National Science Academy – INSA was organized on September 24th-27th. In the assembly to which TÜBA Associate Member Prof. Dr. Hayrunnisa Bolay Belen attended representing our Academy, scientists from Afghanistan, Australia, Bhutan, Bangladesh, India, Korea, Malaysia, Mauritius, Myanmar, Nepal, Pakistan and Taiwan in addition to Turkey made presentations on the position of woman in science.
