A Delegation from the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus Visited TÜBA Chairman Prof. Dr. Ahmet Cevat Acar
A delegation from the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus (NASB) visited TÜBA Chairman Prof. Dr. Ahmet Cevat Acar at his office on December 17, 2014.
During the visit in which the relations and cooperation between TÜBA and NASB were discussed and ideas and information were exchanged about the academies and possible joint projects, the delegation comprised of NASB Assistant General Chairman Professor Sergei Kilin, Deputy Chairman of the NASB International Cooperation Department Dr. Elena Orlova, Science and Application Center Laboratory Chairman Prof. Vitaly Semenchenko, Applied Physics Institute Researcher Prof. Valeri Mikhnev, International Acience Advisor Hanna Malinouskaya and First Secretary of Embassy of the Republic of Belarus in Ankara Vladimir Soloyovyev and TÜBA Council Member Prof. Dr. Tayfun Özçelik and TÜBA Principle Member Prof. Dr. Taner Demirer were in attendance.
At the end of the productive meeting, TÜBA and NASB both agreed to developing relations and establishing cooperation between the organizations and realizing joint projects together within the framework of the bilateral agreement between them.
