“Research Incentive Award” to TÜBA-GEBİP Member Assoc. Prof. Başar
2017 TÜBA-GEBİP Member Assoc. Prof. Ertuğrul Başar from Istanbul Technical University was awarded with The Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers – IEEE Research Incentive Award due to his contribution to communication theory.
IEEE Awards Ceremony held in Turkey for the first time was held on December 21, 2017 at Bilkent University Mithat Çoruh Auditorium. IEEE Turkey Executive Board Member Prof. Gözde Bozdağ Akar made the opening speech. Four different categories were awarded at the ceremony.
