TÜBA Vice-President Prof. Yurdusev Attended in Regional Workshop "The Role of Science Academies in Sustainable Development"
Prof. Ahmet Nuri Yurdusev, the representative of the TÜBA, attended in Regional Workshop "The Role of Science Academies in Sustainable Development" held in Tagaytay City, Philippines on 28-29 September 2016 by The Association of Academies and Societies of Sciences in Asia (AASSA) and Philippine National Academy of Science and Technology (NAST PHL).
In the workshop, the sustainable development issue was discussed in various dimensions and then the Workshop Declaration drafted by Resolutions Committee, where Prof. Yurdusev also took part in was accepted by participants. At the closing session of the workshop, the declaration was presented to Philippine Science and Technology Minister Fortunato T. Dela Pena by TÜBA Vice-President Prof. Yurdusev.
