Mimar Sinan Commemoration Panel at TÜBA-Rabi Madrasa
Mimar Sinan Commemoration Panel, organized by Mimar Sinan Fine Arts University, Ahmet Hamdi Tanpınar Literature Research and Application Center, was held on April 9, 2019 in TÜBA-Rabi Madrasa.
Mimar Sinan, who was named as one of the biggest architects of the Turkish architecture, not only in the Ottoman Empire but in the world, was commemorated at the 431st year of his death with a ceremony held in Fatih Süleymaniye with the participation of the lecturers and students of Mimar Sinan Fine Arts University. After the ceremony, the Commemorative Panel was held at 11.00 at the Rabi Madrasa located in the Suleymaniye Kulliyah, one of the most important works of Mimar Sinan. The panel was ended at 13.30.
