TÜBA-GEBİP Member Asst. Prof. Baykaş Was Elected As Vice-President of “IEEE-SA Working Group”
2017 TÜBA-GEBİP Member Asst. Prof. Tunçer Baykaş from Istanbul Medipol University was elected as Vice-President of 802.10 Working Group responsible for the harmonization of radio communication standards with unlicensed bands of The Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers Standards Association IEEE-SA.
Apart from this working group, Dr. Tunçer Baykaş who participated in 802.15 and 802.11 meetings where personel and local networks are developed, was awarded with “IEEE-SA Board Award” for contributing to the development of the IEEE 802.19.1 standard.
